That is different. The E maybe be one of the BIE listings. But, I think the 9 just took a hit there.
If it isn't a BIE listing then maybe it would quality for an IDB listing?

CoinCents, the 9 didn't take a hit. It's a huge Die Chip.

 Really nice find! You have an interior die break. It is listed in cuds-on-coins as IDB-1c-1951S-01.
