I've never seen one of these. In terms of US denominations, do you know what this would have been worth as spending money back in 1933?

The color doesn't look quite right for silver. What is the composition?

The coin has abundant luster and I'm not sure I see any wear. It may be the tops of some characters are slightly dull from friction, but I could be imagining that. I'd call it AU-55, but I could see it as high as MS-63 if no friction is visible.

Am not sure of the buying power, yet the Palestine pound was equivalent in value to the British pound sterling(After all it is a British empire coinage) and divided into 1,000 mils, this coin is 100 Mils, (1/10 Pound)

What is the composition?

72% silver and 28% copper
23.5 mm diameter, 5.83 grams (90 grains), reeded (milled) edge

You are right on the Money! Is graded AU-58 by NGC.
Heritage Auctioneers described it as AU-UNC
