Picked this up as part of my $30 500 Wheats--Looks like the wheat was punched Twice on Reverse and also obverse. Please give me your input on condition and value if it is a real mint error.

It's Post Strike Damage, not an error. It has been gripped by pliers and has caused the metal to get pushed over and flattened.
