Errers and Varietys Bedrock of the Community United States 74806 Posts	Posted 06/28/2018 4:02 pm It"s Post Strike Damage (happened after it left the U.S. Mint). It's a damaged coin. Someone grinded it down with something, maybe a sander (not that it does really matter). The metal has been grinded down. It's been altered after it left the U.S. Mint. Errers and Varietys.
