On the Coin show. All 300 meteor coins sold out at TSC. The puzzle coin did really well, only 5 left out of the 100. Oh ya, Natalie looked nice as well.:)

@Electrum

I agree that this coin would have been popular even without the rock.

I disagree and ready to hear opinion for the reasons

I think, that if people being kind of average , like me, so 95% of the buyers never heard before of Royal Astronomical Society.
The coin itself only painted, nothing new here.
But the rock from the space...

Until he sells out that's just the way it is. Let him liquidate his stock, and then prices will rise. It's only a matter of time.

He sold all his 2016 Pysanka coins at $200, and then eventually prices rose.

He takes care of the 'small collectors' like we are, making few bucks from each coin, but since he has many - he in the business.

So, win/win situation.

Mari095 is able to sell at lower prices than others because he sell in quantities. Last count he sold 38 of the meterorite coin.

So by selling at lower prices but more of them he can maximize his revenue compared to the guy with only a few who has to set high prices to make any money.

ufo, I could totally explain the mario coin phenom to you, he has deals with others merchants, and has accounts with all of them, where he makes a small commission from each of them, and as he is a high roller he gets better prices,, yes he is a platinum plus member at the RCM, but if he can't get enough from them he uses his other resources.. I purchased a coin last year, and it was shipped from a secondary high named store.. he accepts your money, then changes the free shipping to the address he wants to send the coin to..smart business guy, and if he is using a rewards credit card, he is making another 2-3 % on top.. maybe if you understood his business model you would stop bashing him, he is not getting rich doing this, just paying the bills..

West Edmonton Coin just raised price to $229.95.

Higher prices on ebay today, including Mario who raised price to $209.95 plus shipping ($25 more)

Buyers are paying more now. One sold on ebay today for $239.95 plus $19 shipping. Yesterday, a couple of sales for $229.95.
