@Cuzimcute00, yes better pics, but it still looks like your coin is damaged with perhaps a tiny die chip on the 9.

It's Post Strike Damage as already stated on your previous thread. The metal has taken a hit, causing the metal to get pushed over and flattened. In that "9" of the date, that's sticky residue crud inside of it.
