The whited out areas of the obverse and the differentiation in the toning on the reverse really precludes any assessment other than a guess.
Peace really need multiple photos as the coin turns a bit to evaluate the luster properly and thus see the scrapes or dings.
It's mint state for sure.

i cant see this piece at 65. imo it has to many surface scratches. I think it may be just short of 64 but I can see it slabbed at that.

MS63 Soft strike on reverse not much details in eagle feathers. I am not seeing higher than 63 unless the coin got a color bump. It does have nice toning.

Hard to grade the obverse from the images provided, but guessing MS-63. The toning is definitely natural and quite nice. I really like it.
