It's an Anonymous follis from the Byzantine Empire, I think about 9th-11th century? Several emperors made coins that had Jesus on the obverse and one of several reverse legends in a cross - I think yours is IC-XC/ bAC-ILE / bAC-ILE, Jesus Christ King of Kings.

Echizento knows these better than I do.
