This item weighs 0.36 grams and has a diameter of 13 millimeters. The owner was told that it was a knights tempalr from the 11th century, but that could easily be wrong.

Looks billon, with cross pattee and rampant lion. My first guess would be 13th - 15th century Cyprus, although there are probably a number of other possibilities.

Maybe this one (?) based on the thick cross, and being able to make out the ERU of IERUSALEM between 2:00 and 6:00 on the cross side of your coin.
