With out pictures it would be hard to say. 1st I think would be to contact the casino's and see if they are still honoring them for exchange. Most of the commemorative chips have a limited time limit to be exchanged for money at face value. If the time limit has expired than depending on the weight of the silver in the chip, some of them depending on the face value, mostly the lower values Like these limited edition ones

Have only .6 to .75 of an ounce of .999 silver so the will be that weight at daily current spot with the possibility of a $1/2 premium. The gold plating is worth 0 since it is so thin. There aren't many collectors for the $100. ones because people that inherit them, don't under stand the PM in them doesn't equal the weight. Even most of the older people that buy them like my parents thought that they would go up in value. Most never do. I buy the $10.00 limited edition ones at local pawn shops @ spot weight price and $1/2 premium.
Most pawn/coin shops don't buy the $100.00 ones unless they are spot weight price.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, being from 1990's and almost 20 years old they may all be expired. But each casino is different. But since they are sold to make the casino's money, not to look good on the table. Most aren't worth much.
