Looks like an RPM to me. I looked on Coppercoins.com and couldn't find a match for it.

It's not MD as it did not affect the size of the vertical bar. I think the doubling on the inside of the mintmark is different from the doubling on the right side of the mintmark since the doubling on the right is identical to the doubling on the date (making that MD or Die Deterioration) but the doubling inside is much stronger and more pronounced (that might be a RPM).

I'm not sure though, it looks different but it might not be different.
Rest in Peace

Here's my observations. The Mintmark is the standard size/shape used(thicker top serif area) on normal coins, no size reduction or addition to indicate an RPM.

In BLUE , the curve is NOT natural to the mintmark style. RED circle seems to be a plating bubble, a disturbance causing that to raise up. That whole right side of vertical bar area I suspect is what is known as Plate Disturbance Doubling (PDD) OR it can easily be MD as indicated by the BLACK arrows and circle.

I don't think this is an unlisted RPM, although it still just might be.

Also factor in DDD. It would look like that also on the date which is also visible.

There's something about the inner "D" NW curvature that... And without coin in hand..
Sorry Bate.. I'd like to say it's both RPM & MD.. Don't think so tho.. Based on what
I can see & how I'm seeing it I have to go with it's all MD..
