Found this one today too. Had someone tell me it was worth a lot. Can someone help me out with this?

@Cuzimcute00, I'm not sure about the eye or ear, but the torch has a dig in it from the normal wear and tear of circulation.

The torch is definitely post mint damage ( PMD). The two obverse "globs" could be due o die breaks.

The torch took a well placed hit, causing the metal to get pushed over and flattened. It's Post Strike Damage. Worth face value.
