Yep same here - in this household every cent counts. This box was all customer wrapped rolls so probably came from a store or gas station. Pretty good for me.

Did you find them in a roll of Pennies? Once in a great while, I'll find at least one Dime in a OBW circulated roll from a bank box of U.S. Pennies that I get from my bank.

That's pretty cool then! It's not very often that you find these in rolls of Pennies.

Quote: I'm sorry, but I don't get the joke. No joke - USA has Cents (read the reverse of the coin) British have Pennies!! The debate/discussion/argument will go on what to call them! Random interweb article: "The British decimal one penny coin, usually simply known as a penny, is a unit of currency equaling one one-hundredth of a pound sterling. The penny's symbol is p."

Mark, it doesn't really matter though. The bank calls them Pennies, while the reverse says One Cent. To me, I don't really care what I call them.

I used to always call them pennies, until I joined the forum. BTW: 2nd to my last roll in the same box I found another dime and it was actually stuck to a cent so I got 50 cents plus the dime totally cool.

Actually, I was wrong on an 1,800% gain - it's actually 900% (20 cent return on a 2 cent investment).
