Looks like Post Strike Damage, since I can see the pushed over and flattened metal. It's definitely Post Strike Damage (it happened after it left the U.S. Mint).

Everything that I am seeing are incuse markings which are just damage to the coin after it was minted. Some of them appear to be deep so maybe it got stuck in something?
