ok......... I have found a 1988 penny that looks like it has an error around the edges of the coin. IN GOD WE TRUST looks like it is in the edge of the coin. It is thicker on the bottom sides then as it goes up it is real thin around the coin. The left side at the bottom is a lot thicker than the other side. I just know that out of all my penny's that I had on my table last night..........this one is different. Any feedback appreciated.

It's heavy Die Deterioration from a worn die (die wear). This is very common, and doesn't have any premium over face value. http://www.error-ref.com/design-dev...ng-die-wear/
