The photos tell the story of a lovely lady who was struck from some pretty roughed up dies, then spent a number of years packed tight into in a roll with her sisters, but never passing through hands in a commercial transaction. It was some pretty close contact, either in a roll or at the Mint when she came off the line and went into a bag to be shipped to a bank somewhere, or maybe both; there are a large number of small nicks and abrasions.

I would grade this coin MS-64. The luster is well-preserved; minor distractions are numerous light contact marks and evidence of a weak central strike from worn dies (compare the strike on the left arm vs. that of the right arm and hand, or the right upper wing and leaves vs. the breast feathers.

PCGS Graded this at 66, I really don't think this deserves it. The pictures actually do more to help how it looks than it does in hand, too. However, I am really bad at grading walkers, so this may just be my inexperience talking.

Thanks for your opinions!
