Man this one is tough, I think I see wear on the eagle so I'm gonna go with AU 58, if they graded it MS, it should get 62.
If it got AU 58 this would be an easy CAC submission IMO

Tiny amount of wear on the high points of the design both sides, most evident on the ends of the tail feathers.
I would be happy if NGC says 55 to 58.

Tail feather problem is a weakness in strike. MS-62

Panzaldi is the only one who is correct. NGC graded it MS63 and it was also CAC stickered.

NGC has an advantage that we don't.
I would love to have a look at the tips of those tail feathers, with a hand held 10x loupe, as they have done, looking for minor wear or undisturbed luster in that area.
