These coins were finally identified for me by a numismatic friend who knows Arabic.
This one is of the Afsharids (approximately in modern Iran), issued by Nadir Shah (1736-1747), and was struck at the Sind mint. The obverse reads "Sultan us-Salatin-i-Jahan" (King of Kings of the World).
