@cf, glad to see you posting some of your collection here. From what I can see, looks like pretty good remaining detail. If you crop all that white space out prior to posting, we can focus on your coin rather than trying to figure out the backwards QSR code.

Nothing modest about that coin! His coins seem to be increasingly difficult to find, especially in higher grades! I would be proud to own that coin!

It was minted in Arles. Here is the description I got from wildwinds.

Decentius, AE3 of Arles. DN DECENTIVS CAESAR, bare-headed, cuirassed bust right, A behind head / VICTORIAE DD NN AVG ET CAE two Victories standing facing each other, holding between them a wreath inscribed VOT V MVL X. C over IS in lower centre. Mintmark SAR. RIC VIII Arles 182; Sear 18884.

To my eye, the letter below the wreath is a rounded Greek epsilon rather than C, thus RIC 180. A-Decentius-From-My-Modest-Ancient-Coin-Collection.
