I have this penny that is damaged around the edges. It's also light on weight. Could this be a wrong planchet?

Note coin is out of round. A sure sign of PSD. Probably the edges were rubbed on a sidewalk? Look for someone with burnt fingers. LOL

To CCF! You unfortunately have a damaged coin. It's Post Strike Damage (it happened after it left the U.S. Mint) The metal has been pushed over and flattened.
