After checking the error-ref.com site relating to this damage I believe this is PDD on this 85 D. What do you all think? Tks Rich

Indents are fairly common from coins being smashed together in rolling machine.
Bottom picture is metal flow from an overused die.

It looks like the Copper plating is starting to crack.

It's definitely not damage from two coins hitting each other.

It's just common Die Deterioration with the plating is beginning to crack.
