Its a Silver Rupee. Could be 18th.century. Checking to see who the Prince was that minted that rupee. Could be very rare and valuable. Working on it.

Your coin is from Afghanistan. Durrani Kingdom, Shah Zaman, 1793-1801, AR Rupee, Dar al-Sultanat Herat mint, dated AH 1213 (1798), KM#388, Album 3108.
