Please use the CCF Free Image Optimizer to help crop your images. Those images have lots of wasted blank space.

FYI - your first image is 192 KB. It cropped to only the coin its 29 KB. You could have made the actual coin much larger.

First is a Japanese 1 sen coin from Showa 19, 1944. Extremely common and next to worthless. Keep it in a controlled environment - these are made out of a tin-zinc alloy that will literally disintegrate into dust if allowed to get cold for extended periods. The process has already started as the coin is quite "bumpy"

I don't know exactly what the second coin is, but judging by the obverse, it's definitely from Taiwan. It doesn't look like their normal circulating currency though. It might be a token, or a commemorative of some sort.

The Taiwan medal/token depicts Chiang Kai Shek and refers to the 65th Anniversary of the founding or the Republic of China. The reverse shows a cross with, what I assume is, a drop of blood in the centre and the wording that 'Blood Donations Save Peoples Lives'. (rough translation!)
