@sigliumdiaboli, it looks to me like there is a bit of well-placed damage to the cross-bar of the number 4. Not a mint error and no numismatic premium above being a Wheat cent.

Just a hit on the 4.
Only an error if it was done at the mint.
Anything else is PMD.
