What do you think? a 1946-P and 1958-D LWC. Are they Struck. Through or Lamination?

The first one looks like a lamination issue because we can see the ghost images on the peeled areas. Weight should be a bit light.

The second on might be a struck through issue or a lamination issue. Depending on weight of the coin. If the coin is close to normal, then it might be a struck through issue. If it is light a little bit, it might be a lamination issue.
