In God we trust is very thick and hard to make out some of the letters. Some doubling? The line under the bust may be material pushed outward during the stamp process? Thanks for looking!

This is an effect from Die Deterioration called Die Deterioration Doubling, those thick radial lines flowing from that line under the bust indicate heavy deterioration as well.
