I was hoping I could get some help identifying what type of coin this is and maybe what it says if possible?

Chinese coin. The first picture is upside down. The top and bottom characters are Li Wong, the reign name used by emperor Wu Sangui from 1674-1678. The left and right characters are tong bao meaning "currency".

The second picture is also upside down. The inscription indicates the denomination is 10 cash.

The diameter should be about 40 mm.

Hartill 21.104. FD 2157. Not in Schjoth but it is a slight variation of Schjoth 1343. KM 199.
