Pretty sure It's 006 on VV. Didn't bother with close ups of front as it's nothing spectacular. Was just posting about the chip on reverse. ;)

OP is most likely referring to MDD, that is common on dies used at all three mints because it was one of the Master hubs.

It's not a DDO (doubled die obverse) rather it's a Doubled Master Die. A nice die chip though!
