This is only my second Newfoundland large cent. I haven't really collected them, but this one looked so nice I couldn't pass it up. I'm looking for grading opinions on this one? Thanks.

Beautiful coin. I'd like to hold it in hand to see the luster, which is difficult to gauge from these pics. Certainly no less than AU-58, and perhaps as high as 64BN.

 - It could be AU-55/8 because the top cross on the crown looks like it blends into the beads, and the field to the right and left of the king looks like it could have disturbed luster. But it could also be an MS weak strike

Looks to have luster breakage, which leads me to believe that the weakness on the high points is wear.
With that said, I will say Au-53/55.

I don't see any real wear on it. I think any perceived wear is more or less attributable to a decent strike but not a great strike.
Nice coin. I'd venture AU58.

Thanks all for the opinions. I am happy with AU55 with a chance at MS.
I think this one has made me want to take a closer look at Newfoundland cents. I love the reverse design.
