All look like they have Machine Doubling (MD) to me. This prior thread should be of some interest:

It's not a Doubled Die. It's Machine Doubling, since the devices are reduced in size, and it's shelflike in appearance.
Errers and Varietys.
Rest in Peace

Note the MM has the same...hub doubling doesn't effect the mintmark

1968-1972 cents had so much Machine Doubling that even the big doubled die had Machine Doubling on them. So what were saying is that the coins you found are from a normal die, but after the strike the machines dies tapped the devices altering them. (flatten some areas) This type of doubling is caused by the machine. On a real doubled die the doubling is on the die. Machine happened a lot during the time period. Even altered the doubled dies in a large percentage that year:

Not how many different coins took a hit on the tops of the date (or bottoms) and the mint marks as well.
But the big difference on these to cut all the fluff? Look at the motto on the top of the coin. You can see the doubled die on these without a glass.

If it doesn't look like that, go on to the next coin. Probably less than 100 happened before the pulled the dies.

So take another look at your coin. You will notice that area the areas you see affected are on the sides of the devices. Not on the center areas of the coin. Note how much wider this makes the devices look That is hub doubling. A doubled die
