This is from a normal die. The devices are not enlarged like you would expect to see on a doubled die. If you look closely, what you are see is Machine Doubling. after the normal strike with a normal die, the dies moved a bit and altered the devices. Not the same as a doubled die. A doubled die has the doubling on the die. But even a doubled die can suffer the same fate. After the strike with the doubled die, the machine dies move slightly and damage the new formed devices. So your coin is not a doubled die.
