Hello all, is this an error coin? I've never seen the squiggle in the "B" in liberty before. Also, I've never seen the "B" wear without any real serious rim wear? I'd say its a solid Fine grade overall, but let me know what you think of that "B" please thanks!

Near-rim wear from old vending machines wore off that area(note the same area around rim, all detail affected). Your coin grades quite a bit less than F15, more like a G6 or less, that reverse has some nasty damage and contact marks.

There's something wrong on the reverse.
I suspect it's a DETAILS coin.

Not an error coin at all. That's heavy circulation wear that you're seeing. It's Post Strike Damage (it happened after it left the U.S. Mint).
