I have this coin it has a square hole in the center. Measures about 25mm in dia. I have seen similar coins in the Chinese, Japanese, and Korean searches.

Your coin is Chinese and appears to be:-

Dynasty: Ch'ing (1644-1911)
Emperor: Kao Tsung (1736-1795)
Reign Title: Ch'ien Lung (1736-1795)

The diameter of 25mm suggests it was minted at the Board of Revenue Mint, Peking (Beijing) though the coins of this Emperor were minted at many locations throughout the country.
