This weighs 67 grams, is 5 cm wide and about 1 cm wide and thick. It is a square cylinder (or an elongated cube) that is cut along the diagonal.

I assuming it is a fake of some sort but wht might have been the purpose of the original?
Rest in Peace

Whatever it is, it's an interesting piece.

I've resisted branching out into antiquities from coins but I have to admit that is very, very cool whatever it is. Love the positioning of the horses.

I would not completely dismiss it as fake
The images seem to be in relief
A seal would be engraved into the metal
It looks to be a cast iron ingot perhaps ?
While the central animal seems certain to be a pony
(on further review I think it is likely a deer)
I think the other two might be alpine ibex ?
And the one above a rabbit ?
It may well be an early Iron Age artifact dating from around 1,000 BC
I would investigate it further if I were you
What is the 'ask' price ?
