I have this 1966 Jefferson nickel with an incomplete chin. My initial thought was abrasion but I think not. It isn't doubled so what could have caused this? Die break?

Or maybe Die Abrasion Doubling, caused by over polished die. http://www.error-ref.com/abrasion-doubling/

You're very welcome and no problem! I think that you have an example of Die Abrasion Doubling, and a very good example too! CCF has to have ads, in order to make money, so they can continue to run this website. We'll need more supporters eventually.

Never had that problem - maybe get into your browser settings and stop it from there?

I definitely understand the money part of it. It would just be good to either have them at the top or bottom of the page. They pop up right in the middle of a comment and can't be read because of that.

The one that gives me trouble is the location of the forum refresh is so close to the ads.
