coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 07/24/2018 2:40 pm To me it is. If the MD on the date matches the MD on the mint mark, to me it is 100% MD. I;ve yet to see a dual variety with a RPM and hub doubling in the same direction. They are usually in different directions on the pre 1989 coins. On the 1990 forward coins, if they were the same hub doubling on date and mint mark, they are a doubled die.
