I'd say around EF-40. There is some wear on the eagle and wreath. Still lots of detail left. Possible cleaning lines diagonally in the field below the rays. The black spots however really kill the eye appeal for me though.

With 30 million struck for that year, these often command only bullion value even when in mint state. The snake's body is still clear across the eagle's breast, so I'd put a floor in on this one at VF35. For whatever reason, Mexican coins are often found in cleaned/polished condition, which of course necessitates a "details" annotation.
