RLS0812 Valued Member United States 131 Posts	Posted 07/24/2018 10:34 pm I would say cladding issue, however no one has ever explained how those bumps happen ( gas bubbles are round ). I have one were a small rectangle juts out of Lincoln's chin. Odd error. Report this Post to the Staff
Errers and Varietys Bedrock of the Community United States 74809 Posts	Posted 07/24/2018 10:38 pm It's not a cladding issue. Clad is only used in Dimes, Quarters, and Halves.
