Again I do not know anything about Quarter. But look at this 2 WQ under same lighting USB Scope position, I am so confusedThere is any DD here or just normal coin?Helps Please

The State Quarters and the ATB Quarters have slight differences in the font used in the word LIBERTY ( State Quarters have stronger serifs). You can't really compare these two together to see if there is extra thickness.

Yep, the State Quarters and ATB Quarters had slightly different fonts used. It's a pretty minor differennce.

State business strike quarters only have a doubling on the ear lobe. Check out Wexler's site and you can see what is there. I don't waste my time on them. There is on proof quarter that is spectacular. It is a 1999-S PA proof quarter. I can't find an example yet on PCGS. So I created an image from the pictures from Wexler's site:

Other than this one, they are all doubled ear lobes. (Central part of the die)
