On the "B" of "LIBERTY", that's just Post Strike Damage and not an error. It took a well placed hit, causing the metal to get pushed over and flattened.

The "T" seems to be a bit off as well at the top.

I just noticed his collar, could that be an upside down a "B"? When I zoom in a bit it appears to be. Could be more damage, just weird how the penny took perfect damage hits.
