Does not match the 97-F'S-101 doubled ear but it does have an interesting anomaly chip, or contact mark. Don't know what that than might be someone more informed can probably explain.

It's not a Doubled Die Obverse. I'm thinking that it's a well placed hit, causing the metal to get pushed over and flattened.
