It seems to be gold toned and color but It could also be gold plated.. I Just want to know your guy's opinion on what you think it is. I'm leaning it's more than likely gold plated in seeming how the reverse I'd super smooth on the torch. I am attaching as many pictures as I can in different angles . I tried to catch the light reflecting at different angles showing different tones and textures. That way you could see how the light shines and changes the appearance.

I also have a bunch of silver dimes dating from 1946 up to 1964. With the majority being 1964 in great condition. I'd just like some help determine the overall state/grade of the coins to be able to value them, I have the same Waze silver quarters. I would like the same opinions to help narrow down my confusion. But before I post all those pictures I would like to know what is the proper place for them to go so that I do things properly and he post goes in the right spot.
I have yet to get a membership With a grading club as I have not had extra cash nor do I know if it's worth it. I'm not sure if I'll be able to cover a lot of the submission and shipping costs right awaY so I tso in Japan aakeing a consignmenten ining intoening into consignment with a company like great collections but I'm not sure if it's worth it or the pros and cons.

Lastly I just came up on a buy, for 1964 pd and s dimes in BU ( I think) condition. A 1955 and a 1964 proof quarter allow mint just need help valuing them. But on another post

Yes I agree that it looks silver-plated. The underlying coin is silver, but the plating does not add any numismatic value. Pretty to look at but I don't think that it is worth more than melt value.

everybody saying it's worth face value (except Spence) - Am I wrong or is this a 90% silver dime which means it has about $1.13 worth of silver content.

Mark, you're not wrong at all. You're correct, which is why I didn't say it was worth face value, since it's 90% Silver. As you know Mark, I went through another avatar change today. Do you like my new avatar, or do you think it's ugly?

Sorry but it isn't your best one - Unless you know the history behind that cent no one will ever be able to figure that out.

I'm going to change it again. I'll get rid of the top picture and have the bottom one instead.
