Where are you seeing this? Can we see a closeup?
And please use the CCF Free Image Optimizer to help crop your images, and remove all that blank space in your pictures. When cropped to remove the blank space, the actual coin can be large.

Not a double stamped coin. That's just glue on the obverse, not an error.
