Can't tell with picture provided. I was wondering if you can get more pictures of that area?

Note on each device, the doubling on is on the edge and flat looking. So it is Machine Doubling. How can I tell? When you look at the devices, note on the right side the color change light to dark. On the left side of the devices the color is all light colored because it was flattened after the strike. Look for the spread in the centers of devices.

So look on these areas in the centers of the affected devices for a doubled die. The MD is on the edges of devices. More noticed on vertical devices.
