That stretching of the initials was caused by heavy Die Deterioration. The die was in a Very Late Die State when it struck your coin. Just a worn die issue.
Errers and Varietys, get an 'A' because not just giving the correct answer, but explaining the what happened as well: I like the icicles flowing to the rim next to the distorted initials. (First time I've seen that)
