Chase007 Pillar of the Community United States 7516 Posts	Posted 07/28/2018 10:29 am i can see what you are referring to, the doubling is due to split plating, quite common on the modern zincolns,otherwise as S,D, mentioned there is a minor Struck Through Grease, it is a spender. Errers and Varietys Bedrock of the Community United States 74881 Posts	Posted 07/28/2018 12:30 pm Yep, the doubling on is head is called Split Plate Doubling, caused by the Copper plating breaking, exposing the Zinc core. Also, it was slightly Struck Through Grease as well, but not enough to make it valuable. I'm having a hard time phrasing this question correctly. The coin has several interesting errors, liberty has a machine like doubling, igwt has fat bubble letters, the date and mm are doubled, on reverse of coin the Lincoln memorial I'd doubled up in the top left corner,faint extra column lines between columns, e. P. U. Has same as well as some letters in USA. So I'm just wondering is it possible to have multiple reasons for all the different errors. Yes or no?
