Does the following coin have any premium value?

The fading is likely due to a grease-filled die so I wanted to know if it's worth hanging on to for the long run.

Also, on the cheek (on image #3) there appears to be an edge of some letter (like the foot of an "E" or "A"). Could this be a partial dropped letter?

What you have here is actually called Design Devouring Die Wear. It's a form of Die Deterioration, caused by a worn out die. http://www.error-ref.com/design-dev...ng-die-wear/

Also on the LIBERTY and the reverse, there was an issue with grease in the dies that left these devices looking flat and wide looking. The cause for the Grease Fill on the die? The dies were probably wiped down with a cloth Why do I say that? Note on LIBERTY the outside edge of the devices are widest, the inside (bottoms of the devices) are normal. So when the die was wiped down, if moved all the grease to the outside part of the device. The reverse looks like the same issue but different. The dies were wiped down, the not filling just the outside part of the devices. On the reverse they were pretty much all filled the same. Die chips on the cheek. The die is showing its age. You can see flow lines on the fields and the motto devices are almost gone.
