lmwstamps Valued Member United States 65 Posts	Posted 08/05/2018 12:45 am Lowest montage years: 1996, 1994, 1997 Also 1st year: 1986 Many dealers will charge higher premiums but if you go to a coin show you van probably find the 1996 for $40 and the other 3 years for about $18.
