This weighs 9 grams and has a diameter of 32 millimeters. It appears to be copper.

Any help with the attribution would be welcome. The origin is unknown. it came out of a dealer's junk box.

The squiggly lines on either side of the figure with an owl on the shoulder do not hold any hidden meaning or letters that I can see.
