I have never heard of a 1995 silver color penny. It is not siver. I am sure its zinc. The seight is 2454 grams. It has some copper faint color on the reverse but the obverse is silver color with strike errors on the obverse. Near ( in God) we trust. I need some input please.. I am trying to upload pics. But having some difficulty.

Could very well be the victim if a high school lab. experiment.
Electroplating out of an aqueous soluble nickel solution onto a penny.
Check for weight. The extra weight for the plating would be negligible.

I am assuming you mean the weight it 2.454 grams. That would be perfectly acceptable for a cent of that year. The "strike errors" you mention are of importance and we really need a pic of the coin, both sides, to day what may have happened.
